Upon entering you are greeted by the elegant living room with integrated American style kitchen. The bright colors are the protagonists, the space has been tastefully decorated and all the details have been designed to make you have the best stay in Barcelona. From this space you can access the terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy a drink with the wonderful view of the city. The kitchen is modern and has all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home, the wooden bar serves perfect as a space to socialize with friends while you prepare something delicious in this fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, one of them en-suite. Each has a spacious closet. A third room equipped as a study, will be the ideal space to work or study at home. Finally, as icing on the cake, the apartment has a shared heated swimming pool on the top floor of the building. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. * * *The neighborhood:* The apartment is located in Plaza Europa. This is an area surrounded by modern buildings, very quiet and with green areas. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of commerce such as restaurants, pharmacies, local stores and supermarkets. In addition, it is very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. The nearest station is Europa/Fira, which has metro and train lines (L8/L9S); 4 minutes away is the Gran Via 2 shopping center with cinemas, stores and restaurants; and 6 minutes away is the IKEA furniture and decoration store. The airport is 10 minutes away by car, as well as Plaza España.
